Some good advice, do VEEGA, but on the Earth assist, break your speed, don't add to it. That might work for you. Higher altitudes are more efficient for braking assists.
Ok, I'm gonna try that

You did it wrong. It's ok, I'll show you in a video later. VEEGA will take you anywhere in the universe.

So I made a rocket that can do the challenge
Now gotta figure out how to lift it into orbit (weighs 1700 tonnes)

Sure it's not the prettiest rocket ever made but it should get the job done

Also Mooncrasher, are we allowed drain the fuel from the pod for a softer landing?

I don't think so
Also that's one hell of a massive rocket

There's nothing stopping you from doing that, just remember to keep track of everything so we can tally up a total liftoff mass.
So you'll need more launch screenshots, but aside from that go ahead.
Edit: In this case I'd consider optimising your rockets so that the total mass doesn't get HUGE.

Don't worry, next shift will bring them back
Wdym on this part? The return flight could be other ship or the same ship that delivered the things in venus and mercury?
