Though, overfueling the fuel tanks is atleast an bit illegal, but it is actually under 200% fuel, Equal or over 200% is illegal.

It is still possible to make it have lesser mass. It has some excess fuel left in the second stage. Didn't do it because I am lazy

it was supposed to last for like an week or so but the traction has lost momentum and so that actually caused the challenge posting rate to fall like hell, causing it to only last half or third of the original time,

Here's my submission:

I used almost all of the 35T, but I managed to land on the moon afterward just because I could. It took me four iterations to get to the design pictured. I know it isn't the prettiest, but it was the most functional thing I could make under 35T without bp-editing. The pictures and video are from two separate launches using the same craft bp.

This run is long overdue (btw, if your apoapsis is high, you don't need to accelerate that much to get into orbit)
