Mac runs IOS i think. If it does, the only way (that I know of) is to jailbreak it. And I do not advise it

Thats wrong.
Mac runs OSX very different then IOS.
Alltough based on the same Objective-C language.
You can use modloader just like on windows only you wont get the console feature from windows.
