*STS-M or the Modernized STS is a complete redesign of the original STS. The entire systems are overhauled to Cosmo's personal standards:
1) Pressurized cockpit is detachable in the event of catastrophic failure, loaded with parachutes which will ensure a soft landing on descent.
2) Boosters are replaced with LF variants, the External Tank can accept either Falcon 9 First Stages (reusable or expendable) or Rocketdyne F-1M/E (Modernized and Expendable Effective) boosters.
3) RS-25 engines are removed from the Shuttle and placed onto the external tank so as to allow the enlargement of the shuttle's payload bay.
4) Shuttle will be placed on top of the external tank and be secured by a payload adapter similar to that of the SLS, this is to prevent damage to the heat shield from falling foam of the external tank.
5) The external booster must be recoverable.

**COC stands for Cosmo's Overhual Challenge.

What's the weight on that? With a slight modification that'd be able to fit my Super Heavy no problem.
Of course, it's still lacking in payload space though.
A) I use solid fuel tanks as a worst case load test.
B) Weighs 1050t. This is still going to change a lot. I just got the shape down and I'm figuring out how to get the nose on cheat free.

Alright, at that weight the Super Heavy would have a TWR of 1.15, so it'd work.

That is of course notably lower than what the final TWR will be
Yeah, exactly. I'm great at designing boosters, but not as much with the spaceship side. Glad I don't have to try at starship, that wouldn't turn out well.

The boosters have the second engine as I obviously can’t do the front and back boosters.

The booster choices are correct, you could change the core 2 titans with hawks since they are using weaker more efficient engines. The cone at the top is also more tapered than curved, you could use two right angled cones rather than the isosceles ones.
So like this?

Test ready (testing will be done on Mars)
Could you change the legfins around a little bit to add a docking port, something like this? (I know the BP's rough) also, that upper stage is gonna need Titans... those are currently frontiers, aren't they?
