So to get the frontier engine rank you escape the solar system or shoot yourself out of the Mars?

I don’t really get what to do in the voyager quest.

So the voyager quest is additional and to get the team frontier rank you just need to escape the solar system with the probe and rocket below of mass 250 tons?

Rocket with the probe or without probe should be 250?
