Fixed, installed the latest version and deleted the .dll folder

Update, I've disabled literally every other mod other than the special functionalities one and I am now sure it's not a mod conflict. So I have no idea what's going on.

When I have special features enabled, my rocket simply doesn't spawn. If I click launch it goes to the actual map but my rocket isn't there. Are there any fixes for this or has anyone else atleast had this problem? It may be a mod conflict but I'm not sure.

What are the boundaries of the challenge? Can you use no heat damage to get to the number or is it no cheats?

If I were to, say, do the Titan role mission, how do I submit that for review? I can take a video of it but not sure where to post it.
