Can I create my custom part without additional software. Just mold the rocket wing (as in the screenshot) from different sizes of parts and save as a single unit. Or won't it work?

I made two folders, one for the textures and another for the textureloader.dll file. I put custom textures in the colorTextures folder, they are not in the game(
