I have been trying to make a refinery for very long now, i can create a colony but if i press u and click on create refinery then it says insufficient building materials.

How do you even install this in 1.35?

I have a very big extra planets pack for sfs 1.35 but how do i install it? Please tell me that it can be installed in that version. Btw here is the planet data and textures. I had to split them into 4 parts
