i tried that, im on steam version and my opacity ui is full and is not helping

I ACCIDENTALY PRESSED SOMETHING AND THEN MY BUILD UI DISSAPEARED AND THE MAIN MENU GOT WAY DARKER IDK IF ITS A MOD CAUSING IT OR WHAT BUT IM SCARED
