I was so happy my father had put me 15€ on my phone with an apple gift card, I launched the game I went to the full bundle for 12€ and it was marked (failed connect). I hope the problem will be solved very soon :)

I too have this problem, I can't buy the game expansions "failed connect" I did everything you suggested to do but it still doesn't work :(
