It's not necessary to share Version.txt file.
To share the whole file, go to your Blueprint File then compress your Falcon file to Falcon 9.zip and share it.
Or you can even rename the file from
Blueprint.txt to Falcon 9.bp

I'd say make the second stage larger, the trunk smaller, preferably out of fairings, and make that capsule look like dragon. Just a suggestion, though.
