I'm not paying for the Steam Version when I already have the good 1.35 PC mods...and the 1.4 with DLC on my tablet computer.

Same, I also have archived the prototypes and 1.2... and also the game is free on mobile, why is it paid for pc?

Because it automatically includes all the DLCs plus a lot of perks the phone players don't have.
