Your goal is to build an orbital rocket using the least amount of parts possible. I have a design with 4 parts and an orbit of 31, 35. (Is that how you describe orbits?) No cheats are allowed, only one launch is allowed. What else do I have to specify? (I'm new to this, help) Post results below.
