Someone helped me on the discord I was putting it into the mods folder and not in the textures folder in custom assests and it's working now thankfully

Is TextureLoader not working right now or am I just installing textures the wrong way? I put the 'Many Color Texture Pack' by What is my purpose? but it wasn't appearing in-game
