I put my mode challenge and my difficulty to normal (again) so here's the screenshots

It did cross into Jupiter's SOI (for some reason which gave it a boost)

Im unsure this will be accepted so tell me if i did something wrong
(if it gets denied then I'll retake it)

That's correct.
The original probe has a separator that is intentionally turned upside down, so that it stays attached to the probe after separation. It's part of the probe and counts for its mass so it must be kept.

About Jupiter's fly-by, it counts as gravity assist, which is not allowed for this challenge. However if you were already on an escape trajectory before an encounter (this can be proven by showing your velocity at a specific distance from the Sun - see the challenge rules) then it still passes, because you didn't need the help of Jupiter to escape, it would still have escaped without it.

I Redid the mission with a new rocket and had 17 attempts (I think)

Thoughts?
(there's so much debris from previous attempts so its kinda hard to tell)
