This mission proves the player that it can make their ships pretty long-range, and that is its capable of landing multiple planets,
The only mission is to land on Mars, and Mercury, without any gravity assists,

How do i prove i completed the mission?
Launchpad
Low Earth Orbit
Transfer burn
Arrival at Mars
Surface at Mars
LMO
2nd transfer burn
Arrival at Mercury
Surface of Mercury
Landed back to Earth
Achievements

Any format is fine. but generally it must show these key points listed above.

Rules are:
Infinite build area allowed,
Ions allowed, but at limited quantity,
Stretched engines not allowed
No refueling, unless spacecraft is running out of fuel.

Texture packs:
They are only cosmetic, so... its fine.

Custom parts:
Parts like Batteries is allowed, with the following constraints:
Spacecraft must not have atleast more than 15 tons of battery

Custom engines is also allowed, with the following constraints:
More thrust means less ISP, although not linearly.
Engines that have high thrust and ISP is not allowed.

NOTE: An full screen capture is required so that i can evaluate the fuel gauges, and etc.
If your rocket is BP edited, we also require the blueprint screen

Mods allowed is:
ANAIS by Altair
VanillaUpgrades and Texturable by NeptuneSky
Part Editor by Cucumber Space (stretching engines is not allowed)

I know this post is insanely LONG. but it atleast isnt low-effort...

Sadly, it looks like im going to be at least 400 m/s short on ∆v, which means im gonna have to send a refueling vessel to Mercury

according to the mission name and all its key points, it would require 8 km/s of delta v in normal and more than 100 km/s of delta v in realistic.

Looks like you made a mistake somewhere. Show how you calculated it.

Generally difference in ΔV will be 4.5 times between Realistic and Normal game levels of difficulty. While 100/8 is 12.5 times difference, which is almost 3 times more than 4.5.

Also take into account, that any ship, which can make X of ΔV at Normal level, can make something around 1.8*X of ΔV at Realistic level, because of game bonuses.

Thus most likely a ship, which can make more than 20 km of ΔV in your Normal game, will be enough to accomplish the same tasks at Realistic, as ship with 8 km of ΔV accomplishes at Normal difficulty.
