Encouraging piracy is precisely what you've done. Even if you had mentioned that piracy is bad, it wouldn't have made up for the fact that Rule 6 clearly states that "Piracy in any form is not open for discussion".
This appeal is therefore denied and your ban will not be subject to any future appeal.
