This is the best rover design I could come up with. It is highly resilient, fast, it can also work upside down, which makes it good in low gravity and it produces enough power to charge while it's rolling. It can withstand 40 m/s impacts and can reach about 17 m/s. It also follows the KISS principle.

Without boosters my rocket have a TWR of 1.2 to 1.3. With 2 boosters powered by hawks(base game), my TWR becomes 1.6. my boosters usually runs out at 20km which is sufficient to achieve LEO. It is so sufficient that I made my Karman Line 100km and can get to LEO no problem.
