Constellation moon mission

I have recently been doing research on the Ares/Orion. And I decided it would be cool to recreate it.
Rules:
-DLC allowed
- No cheats/exploits
-must be done replicas of appropriate rockets
-bp edit and part clipping allowed, but no engine stretching
-Must be done in constellation mission style
First I will post mine, to prove it's possible, and to show what rockets are needed and how the mission should look like.
I'll post it in a few minutes.
This isn't a competition, so there's nothing like winning, though there could be a poll for deciding which mission was the best.

Here's the first part of my mission:
Ares V with Altair lander and Earth Departure Stage (EDS) launches.

Booster separation, fairing separation:

Looong and very stressful circularization burn. Stressful cause I was quite low...

Orbit!

Deorbiting the core stage

EDS separates from core and performs circularization burn

Even 70x70 orbit!

Ares I with Orion capsule launch:

Booster burnout

Stage separation

Orbit

Docking transfer

Orion separates from stage 2 and corrects trajectory

And docking! (My first one using the new nav system)

Docked!

Some fuel transfers and we're ready for TLI!

To be continued (I have time limit for SFS)
I was bored of Apollo styled missions, so I spent a few hours on making these replicas and now I can have some fun with them!

I mean you have to send Orion with a Ares I replicas, the EDS and Altair with an Ares V.

Now I've got a problem, the upper part won't separate from the lower part. Any Ideas why?

I mean where is the joint? The port doesn't separate. Any bug I don't know about?

I did it! After around 30 minutes of qks editing, I tried rotating the port and it worked!!!
