Provisionally, it appears to have the right proportions except for the boosters being perhaps 1 m too long.
But it's hard to tell since your buildscreen image doesn't display the grid correctly, so please post an image (or two images if necessary) to show the grid better. Should just need to zoom in a few clicks to see the grid.

I think that does most of the talking.
The main points:
Height of the core stage is fine, but its interstage needs to be shortened by 0.5m.
Stretch the booster side cones a bit.
Fairing tip needs to reach about 1.5m taller if this is the galileo version of the ariane 5 ES with the medium fairing.

Booster's look fine.

Core also seems good, but there's an easy tweak you could do, change the colour of the fuel tank under the separator to grey.
Additionally change the engine from a hawk to a frontier. The ariane 5 core engine is a very efficient hydrolox engine, and the frontier comes closest to that.
You might want to clip 1 or 2 extra frontiers for extra thrust, if so that's fine.

The fairing seems good.

That just leaves the second stage!

It's harder to get information for the second stage, but it looks really tiny.
Shrink your second stage so that there's a big gap, lets say 1.5m, between the bottom of the valiant and the separator.

Then pending pictures of the flight it'll be approved.
