i dint had time to take photo of the blue screen, but i had time to take photo of the restarting screen... it was really fast, i customized my windows to be red.

Actually, your laptop shows "Reiniciando." I used Detect Language and found that the word is Portuguese.

Reiniciando means "restarting" never trust on google traductor.
