Open Docking ports don't work

You might know that I created a capsule which could pull the port out of the fairing for docking with the help of docking ports only, but in SFS 1.4.
If you want to look the earlier capsule I made Here
So now I tried to recreate it for 1.5 and I got a problem.
I am not able to connect with the lower port to make the main port go down.

As you can see I was trying very hard to connect to the lower port but it was not connecting.
And the moment I go upwards it easily connects to the port it was connected earlier.

Ah, Stef had already fixed a similar bug in the past. Have you tried saving and reloading? Or exiting and resuming? That already worked for me.

Yeah their is a bug. I did exit and resume and it work. But the problem is I have to do whenever I need to dock.
It's not behaving like atmo drag bug.
