TWR is dangerously high. That's a potential aero spin-out situation. Still fundamentally a really well balanced rocket. I'd say change the core engine to one or two Hawks. And the 2nd stage engine to a frontier, or maybe even a Broadsword. Would go a lot farther than Mars...
