A sh*t sorry. It’s not an escape pod… but more a maintenance pod. If I make a 5th launch and dock it and then return it, is it ok ?

You can make as many launches as you need, there's no problem. Mine needed 12 launches for example

It works, nice. I think that's everything. You could improve the station by having a good docking area that can accommodate larger spacecraft (a module sticking out the side opposite of the escape capsule, for example), but that's not a necessity with what you have already.
