Water is not actually 2 hydrogen for 1 oxygen. There is a 1x10^-23 % chance that there will be 1 hydrogen atom and 1 oxygen atom. This is due to the nature of the way anti-protons and positrons interact with eachother, causing a hydrogen atom to be booted out of the molecule during the process of binding together.
