Here is the Fly me to the moon mission, this time I extended the payload bay and successfully deployed 115 Tons in Low Earth Orbit, without crashing anything on the rocket.

So in this case you did not land the booster?
In that case, you should be able to take a 150 tonne payload to orbit with minimal modifications, mainly consisting of getting rid of unnecessary parachutes and heatshields on the booster, but also decreasing the amount of fuel you land the shuttle with (15% is unnecessarily high, you only need 5% to provide some leftover in case of needing margin for error).
It looks like there's a lot of other full tanks also that don't get used. I don't know how heavy they are, but they are likely also hurting your dry mass.
With just those modifications and carrying a 150 tonne payload to orbit, I would say you surely deserve the badge.
