The stage separators on SFS 1.4 (note that I am using Bluestacks 4) are not combining. It does not let me do that. Either it goes one block higher, or it goes next to the area where I want to place it.

I do not have horizontal tanks, nor are they off centre and nor are the tanks bigger than the separator. They are the same size.

Could you provide some screenshots of the problem? A video or even a .bp file would be even better, but I understand a lot of people can't do that.

Have you tried flipping the side separators? This is an issue with a lot of parts and usually flipping them fixes it.

The hit boxes of the separators are bigger than a grid block. They won't fit next to each other.

Version 1.4 did this. Maybe update to 1.406
