Firstly, I have the expansion (DLC) on my phone but not on my PC, is there anyway to prevent having to buy the DLC twice?
And secondly, on PC, the "buy expansion" button doesn't appear to work.

On PC you just press T in the build menu to toggle the expansion on and off.

I don't believe there is a way to transfer your DLC.
