How i get Modloader?

I need a Modloader because my game has not a Modloader How did i do?

The modloader is automatically installed in the steam version, If you are on mobile then there are no mods, To check if the modloader is installed you can just press the "Modloader" button. If you are on an older version that is not the newest steam version the modding is different. And as i've said before, mobile devices cannot use mods.
