How to make a proper ban appeal

First off, you need your Discord username. Example: SupremeDorian#1234

Next, your Discord ID. It is a long string of numbers. Example: SupremeDorian#1234
Discord ID: 12345678910
(Dont know how to get your userid? Click here!)

Now for the Ban Date, however this is not entirely necessary. Example: SupremeDorian#1234
Discord ID: 12345678910
Date: 1/1/2000

And now for the reason you got banned. It should be fairly obvious as to why you need this. Example:
SupremeDorian#1234
Discord ID: 12345678910
Date: 1/1/2000
Reason for ban: I posted a KSP video

And finally, why should you be unbanned? There must always be a reason to justify unbanning you. You have to think to yourself before submitting the appeal "Was I banned for a good reason?".

Here is what the ban appeal should ideally look like:

SupremeDorian#1234
Discord ID: 12345678910
Date: 1/1/2000
Reason for ban: I posted a KSP video
Why I should be unbanned: I did not mean to post it here, I meant to post it elsewhere
