How To Make Mod?

I see a lot of people make a mods in sfs i want know how to do it! (i wanna do it in version 1.35(pc) because Android/Ios look very difficult than pc)
anyone wanna tell me how to make mods?

I’m not too sure but if you go to Legacy Division > Modding > General Discussion I’m sure you can find something to help you if you look around enough

I would probably say that if you need to ask how to make mods, then you're not in a position knowledge wise to make mods.
