Did you found an A-4 Skyhawk? i love skyhawks

Aaah yes, the better one of the IWMs. Not biased because the Airborne Forces museum is there as well, I genuinely enjoy going there, and it's got some of the rarest museum aircraft in the UK (the only Blackbird outside the USA, the only flight worthy Flying Fortress in Europe etc). And it's on a runway was well.

Did they have any flight displays up? They're usually firing something up during the day.

Looks like they've moved stuff about. That Reaper never used to be there, pretty sure the B-29 was outside and the A-10 was parked under the starboard wing of the B-52.

As far as I remember, they don't have any A-4s at Duxford

Yeah, they've got quite an armour collection up there, including the 'Tiger' used in Saving Private Ryan

They had a spitfire and a few general aviation planes up but I didn't get any pictures.

The spitfire sounds amazing but have you heard a Vulcan taking off?

Yep. It's pretty loud and the howl is nice but it's not even the best sounding Olympus powered aircraft
