Lost The Full Bundle

SFS is telling me that my Full Bundle purchase was made on a different Apple ID. It worked fine for a month but not today. Signed out and back in, and it doesn’t help to click the restore button. I’ve had the Full Bundle on android for longer, and that is working fine.

If you use a different account from the one with which you purchased the game, it's normal that you can't access it: a purchase is made for a specific account, it cannot be transferred.
