Sorry Blazer but I think you have not read the instructions because you have to build it on land and then you have to take it to 400km orbit with a hawk engine and 30 rcs

No, it really isn't. A challenge would be to package the original inside fairings, launch it all in a single lift and assemble it in orbit in real time.

Even that wouldn't be particularly difficult, especially in 1.5.
