It had staged boosters just like the main part of rocket was staged. Added a little bit of fuel (like 50%) to second stage and than...you know. Asist, Orbit, landing.

I am planning to do that later after "colonizating" Moon and Mars. Dont know about Venus colonization cuz that surface is pretty....cute.
