were you able to fix this issue by reinstalling unity?

I fixed it by re-downloading the modding toolkit, just make sure you copy your old custom part into your new modding toolkit. But eventually it came back

That was just sharing the persistent file

Going into the library folder of the Modding kit and deleting "BuildPlayerData" Fixes this issue
