First up, is my replica.
If I need to tell you all what rocket it is, then I failed. :(

In case you're one of the lucky 10,000 people who haven't heard of it before, it's
An Energia rocket replica carrying a Polyus laser satellite

Ready for lift-off! No, before you ask, the boosters are not drop-able. I hope that's ok, but I'll understand if it isn't.

Screenshot_20201201-203936.jpg Screenshot_20201201-204030.jpg Screenshot_20201201-204046.jpg Screenshot_20201201-204124.jpg
Lift-off and climb.

MECO after clearing the atmosphere and fuel is below 20%? Left booster gets shut down gradually and early for balance reasons.

Gentle phase on Frontiers.

Screenshot_20201201-204620.jpg
SECO just short of achieving orbit.

Screenshot_20201201-204656.jpg Screenshot_20201201-204714.jpg Screenshot_20201201-204728.jpg
Detach and flip the payload! James Bond villain laugh.
This is the point where things went wrong for the payload in real life....

Screenshot_20201201-204754.jpg
Open the fairing to reveal the kickstage Functional Cargo Block.
Screenshot_20201201-204817.jpg Screenshot_20201201-204831.jpg
Deploy arrays and head for orbit!

Screenshot_20201201-204856.jpg
You may fire the main weapon when ready. Pew pew.

This thing is pretty functional, a replica able to SSTO while being over 17% payload. o_O I wonder how big a payload I can carry on the side if part of the payload is a kickstage with 500m/s of dV or so...
Anyway, hope you liked it, and please don't hesitate to point out any mistakes. :)
Gonna post this and then quickly put some bp pics in next post.

Booster has about TWR 1.78, so I could probably make a Zenit rocket from it without any mods, hehehehe.

Made orbit, so burn for Mars.

Landing! I had a bit of a "OH CRAP, I'M HEADED FOR OLYMPUS MONS" moment where I adjusted my trajectory by diving into deeper air and staying there.

Rover gets to go and play! :3 Some sample collection with arm.

Headed back to Earth. You can see the climb over Olympus Mons, which I had to avoid on the way in.

Gecko Gekkota, do you think my Energia-Polyus passes despite the non-drop able boosters?

Space station launches 3/4:

Screenshot_20201205-111058.jpg Screenshot_20201205-111521.jpg Screenshot_20201205-111622.jpg
Using the Energia to bring up the propulsion and first livable module, because why not?

Screenshot_20201205-111958.jpg Screenshot_20201205-112110.jpg Screenshot_20201205-112402.jpg Screenshot_20201205-112431.jpg Screenshot_20201205-113739.jpg Screenshot_20201205-114527.jpg
Energia to bring up the radiators and solar arrays too.

Screenshot_20201205-113709.jpg
By accidental incredible timing and generous fuel consumption, I was able to get the arrays to near the station within a quarter orbit.o_O

They say there's no overkill.... But using that rocket for transporting some nodes and an airlock might count. My 1kt lifter is simply a version of that rocket cut-down by 1000 tonnes..:p

Tune in next time for the last construction launch (science module and escape craft) once my phone is recharged.

Eeeeeeeee, faster! don't let it get away or we'll have to orbit around!

Docked, phew! :)
