Need help with custom parts downloading (PC)

Hey all, I downloaded some custom part mods I downloaded, but cant get to work.

Here is the directory for the mods I downloaded, doesnt work.

Your folder is called MODS, this was only the case for an older version. Follow the tutorial for information relevent to how to do it now.

Seems outdated as the old one is all caps
