The fast air doesn't have low pressure. It causes low pressure, because it sucks like a vacuum cleaner.

In the above picture, the fast water is sucking some water from the middle pipe, which causes the middle pipe to have lower pressure.

Why Methene does not exist? Cuz the bond can be CH(double bond)CH
