I Got The In-App Purchases On My Ipad And Downloaded It On My Apple Laptop Hoping For The Purchases Would Transfer Over But They Didn't. I Don't Want To Rebuy This. We Also Have Family Sharing On And Its Not Sharing Just Asking You To Fix These Bugs Thanks!

you have to buy it again if your downloading from steam, idk about the app store though because I don't use apple

You buy it per platform. I don't know about Apple, but I have it on Android; while I can have a copy on both my phone and tablet, I'd have to purchase it again if I wanted to play it via Steam on my computer.
