I am asking if I am allowed to post on the blueprints page anything other than rockets. (Tanks, planes, ships, etc)

I think you can post any blueprint you want in the blueprint section. I found an aircraft carrier in the blueprint section, so I think it’s ok.

Yes. Any blueprint except NSFW, despite how good it might be in terms of execution.
