It is, though it has little interest. If you intend to refuel from another craft then you also have to show how you launched that craft and then the 265 tons limit applies globally: the cumulated mass of all launchers must be below 265 tons.

The Mars mission must be single launch too, but no mass limit. And docking ports are allowed too (you can dock with parts of the craft launched by the same launcher)
