The individual who made the ML for Android has yet to update it to the new version. So there is no way for Android to have mods currently unless you have not updated the game and are still on 1.31.

I installed it and it only shows the Simulation overlay completely, the building overlay displays no info.
Is this due to incorrect versions or have i overlooked something imoportant?

Just checked, It works fine in 1.31, so I'm guessing it's a version issue/ not being updated...
