Simply a place to talk about SFS updates, thought it was time to revive it.
You can also post screenshots of Stef's news from the SFS Discord, but make sure nobody hasn't posted it already.
And please do avoid "when update?" spam.

I'll start.
1.5.7 is out, and on some new platforms.


What does it contain? Perhaps the most exciting things are optimisations to make the game run faster. Here's the beta release patch notes.

The optimizations in this update are really impressive. They got me to update from 1.5.2 that I’ve been playing on since it released.

Interior view shows half fairings as full ones, can someone report this to stef? Or is it intended?
Also it would be sick if we could have interior view in-flight

Possibly but it seems to be PC. I thought it was just using the build plugin to show off new mod UIs but its fully code based apparently

Reminds me of when Mojang basically added a graphics performance improvement mod to Minecraft, cos it was so good
