I'm not gonna go into too much detail about it, but here's the challenge: Make a working replica of the thing in the pic with no cheat, no .bp editing and extra points for only using free parts (no DLC part). It must also be able to reach orbit and deploy satellites.

This was a nice challenge. The Hardest part was to keep on doing fuel transfer on both the tanks consecutively and equally, thus I don't recommend any beginners to play with it.
This is just an amateur build, cause I didn't even looked what were the original dimensions that were decided, here the shuttles are working like recoverable landing boosters. Also no.bp editing made it more simple, here is my build:
