Skyhook structure "Swing to the Red" Mars Skyhook Mission 【StarRiver Space Project】

So, this is one of my early mission, which also a attempt to prove Skyhook is useful(but surely Earth Skyhook isn't)
The mission is start from Earth to TLI,
Enter LMO and dock with Moon Skyhook,
get refuel and swing to Mars Transfer Orbit (almost),
pre-structure the Skyhook,
enter HMO and fully structure the Skyhook.
