Did you used no heat damage cheat?
Also your rockets are really not efficient, titan engines are not good for a 2nd stage and there are to many of them on first stage, you could remove 2/3.

No problem. Generally speaking cheating is not allowed in official challenges.

Technically your station has all the required modules, but you should at least place the elements logically: if you fired your thruster module your station would start spinning uncontrollably. You should place it so that it's aligned with the center of mass.
