can change the orbit thanks to the RCS (nice)

Almost every station submitted here has RCS, that doesn't exclude them from having a dedicated propulsion module.:)
You can have whatever thrusters and engines you want on the propulsion module, but there must be a dedicated propulsion module. So you need to launch at least that.

Can the escape pods fly back to Earth themselves and land?

every module has RCS, and it has enough fuel to de-orbit itself, which was what i went for
now the escape pods have a seperation force of 80kn, which was the maximum.
i will fix both of those today, i am not sure if i will have to document those though, can you tell me if i have to do it?

Yes, but a propulsion module was still specified as being required.

If that's not enough to deorbit then they need their own engines.

Each launch of something required has to be documented.

Can those escape pods fully deorbit? Either proof or close-up view on build screen.
Is that propulsion module effective? It looks like it would spin the station like Nauka.

The propulsion module is supposed to be a emergency thing so it would undock when a emergency happens, and yes those escape pods have RCS in them and they can fully deorbit, but yes you can de-orbit the station using those if you counter the spin using RCS (yes i tested this)

The propulsion module is for orbital boosting, like with the ISS....
Countering the spin with RCS is not great, are you not able to do better than that?

Good to hear that the escape pods work.

hmm, yes you can. There's the other end of the station, you could attach a small propulsion module there with engines pointing the right way. The one you already have can be for stability.

the second stage nearly crashed into the station had to clear debris.

That's all the modules then.
If you show that one of those escape pods can detach and safely land, I'll give you your badge.
