As for some tips.
On your return to Earth burn until you periapis is between 10-20km that will let the atmosphere burn off velocity for you instead of having to do it yourself. I'd recommend going towards the lower end of that range if you want to aerocapture and land in one.
Other than that don't be afraid to go maximum or higher throttle for more more long burns. That won't reduce your efficiency much just time spent.
Use a more smooth ascent profile on launch be constantly turning.
Other than that it was quite efficient.
