Be cool like me and spam just enough titans for your rocket to rise off the launchpad at 4 m/s^2.

Maybe you mean 4 g? 4 m/s^2 is roughly half a g...
Personally, a good test that I often use is to spawn your rocket on Jupiter, and if your rocket can't lift-off or just barely, then you definitely need to add some Titans.
